We ship orders out on Mondays*, the cut off to have your order shipped on the coming Monday is Sunday @ 5PM (EST). Your order, mailing info and payment must be received before this time. Note: minimum order required is $35. Minimum order excludes shipping upgrades.
We ship our products through parcel (boxes) which provide protection and minor insulation for their journey to you. Shipping (via Canada Post Expedited Service) will also include tracking. Rates as follows:
For orders $35.00 - $54.99 - $13.99
For orders $55.00 - $74.99 - $11.99
For orders $75.00 and over - $9.99

Note that if your order contains plants or livestock, we highly recommend using the appropriate shipping to ensure your package arrives in 1-3 days. You can upgrade your shipping in our store under the Shipping Upgrades section.
Returns & DOA Policy
There are no refunds, returns or exchanges on any livestock, plants or goods. All sales are final.
Buyer is responsible for ensuring that weather and postal conditions are optimal when ordering livestock and plants.
From October to April, livestock and plants have to be shipped overnight (priority shipping - available at additional cost) or we can not guarantee that they won't get damaged by frost during transport. Please upgrade the shipping through the store by adding the Priority upgrade to your cart. During this period, we also highly recommend the addition of heat packs purchasable from the store under Shipping Upgrades.
From May to September, for livestock shipped to provinces outside of Ontario, we highly recommend upgrading shipping to Canada Post Xpresspost for delivery within the week to ensure livestock have the optimal chance at survival. Please upgrade the shipping through the store by adding the Xpresspost upgrade to your cart.

*If Monday falls on a Holiday, we usually ship the following business day. If you would like to hold your order until the following Monday please indicate this in your delivery instructions.
